One Spirit Massage and Bodywork is based on the concept that the Body and Mind are One. By having our body relaxed, and our mind in a state of harmony, healing and well being are enhanced. The various massage techniques accomplish body-mind integration, and after a discussion of options, each massage is designed to meet the client's individual needs.

Mark Thompson, LMT, BCTMB is the owner of One Spirit Massage Studio. He has been practicing massage and bodywork since 1998. He received his training at the Baltimore School of Massage in Baltimore, Maryland and Bhakti Healing School of Massage in Clearwater, Florida. Mark’s practice consists of John F. Barnes Myofascial Release, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports, Thai Yoga Massage, Stone Therapy and Aromatherapy. Mark is a member of the American Massage Therapy Association, Nationally Certified and licensed through the state of Delaware and Florida.
